DESCRIPTION

CF-15 Carton Forming Machine (Case Erecting Machine) is a medium speed box forming and bottom sealing machine which is controlled by PLC and operated from HMI system. Flat cartons are placed in the magazine of the machine by an operator before it is switched on. The machine automatically picks one flat case from the magazine and erects it onto the conveyor. It then seals the flaps on one side of the case, leaving one end open for filling. The machine can support 15 boxes/min.

Carton magazine can be loaded without stopping the machine. So it’s very efficient and convenient.

This carton former system creates labor savings and increased production for a wide range of applications.

With features like powered magazine, lack case and lack tape alarms and fast no-tool changeovers, the carton forming machine is easy solution for your packaging line.
