DESCRIPTION

CP-15 case packer is a pick and place robotic case packer. The machine is fully automatic packing system by automatic carton Feeding, Carton Erecting, Product Configuration, Product Placing (case filling). It is designed to pack bottles, cans, jars, boxes, etc. into tray or carton. The picking heads are specially designed according to the product to be handled. The robotic head and its servo driven actuators maintain necessary accuracy as speed increases.

Machine cabin is made of 304 stainless steels to be resistant against corrosion.

The flexible systems handle a variety shape of containers.

With a compact design, easy operating and quick changing over system, the Model CP-15 offers you maximum productivity and flexibility.

This automatic carton filling machine has been widely used in food and beverage, dairy, medicine, detergent, chemical and other industries.

CARTON FORMER: Case erectors build well-squared cardboard boxes faster and more consistently than workers can do manually. BMA PACK            carton formers are provided in two models: Automatic and Semi-automatic.The semi-automatic erector aligns and folds bottom flaps then move the carton to filling station. The operator must load unassembled boxes individually. This system is an economic option that can reduce the sensitivity to carton quality.

The fully automatic erector takes just 4 seconds to form a flattened carton into a container with folded bottom flaps. Fill the loading cartons with stacks of flat boxes while the machine is running for zero downtime between cycles.

Gripper: BMA PACK uses grippers based on handling application and the type of your material. The three main types of robotic grippers used in our machines are vacuum grippers, pneumatic grippers and mechanical grippers.

Also depending on the needed speed, the machines are single gripper or dual gripper. Using a dual gripper considerably speeds up the process as compared to working with a single-sided gripper and saves a huge amount of time.

Configurator: These mechanisms in CP-15 are used to direct products from one conveyor line to another and divide them to defined arrangements. These are tailored to each operation based on geometrical shape, product configuration in carton and production capacity. Two models of Configurator are available: pusher and sliding systems.

Automatic Carton Closing and Banding Machine: If requested, the cartons that are filled out are taped in the Automatic Carton Closing and Banding Machine by closing the top covers.
