DESCRIPTION

Bahrevar Labelers handle a wide range of container sizes and shapes. These machines can be configured to run top, bottom, side, and wrap around labels. All models are equipped with sorting and aligning systems to separate and align products and make best accuracy in labeling.

The LB-2S-100 can also easily be converted to wrap-around labeling, giving users even more application options.  You can invest in a labeler to run a single wrap around label on a round bottle today, and upgrade that same labeling machine to align a cylindrical or oval bottle and apply a front/back label in a matter of days.

Durable:

• The machine is mostly made of 304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum. A few steel parts are galvanized coated.

Accuracy:

• Two smart applicators and main conveyor are equipped with servo systems and planet gearboxes.
• Label and container detected by Sick ultrasonic sensors.
• Side belt aligners center your products before entering top hold-down controls that keep your product in place.
• Controls of machine are fully synchronized, ensuring all components run at the same speed.
