DISCRIPTION

The DLF -10N, Automatic Volumetric Liquid Dual Line Filling Machine is used when a consistent and accurate volume/weight of a product is desired. This Linear Piston filling machine is used when there are changeovers in container size or shape. Different containers/bottles are available without the need for change parts.

DLF -10N volumetric filler comes complete with ten filling heads/nozzles, a variable speed drive conveyor, and an easy-to-operate control panel.

All liquid contact parts are made of food grade materials. Cleaning is easy and requires no tools.

This automatic liquid filling machine has been widely used in food and beverage, dairy, medicine, detergent, chemical and other industries.

  • Adjustable speed while filling, it can fill slowly at the beginning and then accelerate to faster speed, finally slow down once again to finish up. This can prevent foamy liquids from bubbling and avoid spillage
